Waiver for #OaklandUndivided

Every student that is given a device from #OaklandUndivided will need to sign the attached waiver (in English and Spanish). This waiver is required for both OaklandUndivided Chromebooks and hotspots. Below, please find a link to an electronic version of the waiver.
